Get your land valuation notice by email

You can receive your land valuation notice and other information by email. Sign up below to receive your future notices and other valuation information electronically, including the Valuer-General's property market movement report.

Use this form to also update your postal address.

Note: If you provide an email address, your existing postal address will not be retained and you will only receive future valuation correspondence electronically. It is the landowner's responsibility to ensure their details are current. Landowners are required to advise the Valuer-General within 1 month after any address or ownership change.

  2. full company name exactly as it appears on your valuation notice
  3. full landowner name/s exactly as it appears on your valuation notice.

Property identification numbers are found at the top of land valuation notices or by using the Queensland Globe if your property has been valued since 2015.
